Oil and gas field construction

The institute has a profound experience of design and survey works in the sphere of complex design of field construction, industrial and social infrastructure of oil and gas field constructions in many regions of Russia.

We perform the whole set of design work for our customers:

1. Declaration of Intentions (environmental feasibility of location area);
2. substantiation of investments into construction;
3. drawing up of design documentation (with all the necessary approvals) and working documentation for construction;
4. materials for selection certificates and preparation of city development plans;

Complex design documentation for oil and gas field development issued by the Institute includes "Concept of construction". It is a primary document of designed object construction, which covers all main solutions for oil and gas collecting, treatment, accountancy and external transportation as well as infrastructure, environmental conservation, organization of construction, labour management, production, personnel and social development management.

The Institute activities in the framework of working out design and estimate documentation include the development of programs and projects based on conceptual design techniques for technological systems. For that reason in 2008 the Institute formed the Department of Conceptual Design and Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Projects.

Design documentation

Projects, production designs of object construction irrespective of funding source, form of property and customer are to go through public examination in accordance with the order established in the Russian Federation. The Institute performs maintenance of these procedures, the scope and participation of which are determined by the contract.

The Institute assures construction design projects to be approved.
